I am very excited to tell you that Miss Maybel has not only started a new book club, but has asked ME to pick the first book!! I picked A Thousand Splendid Suns, by Khaled Hosseini. This is such an amazing book, I couldn't put it down.
That's about all I can say right now because it is about 45 degrees and I'm melting. I don't function too well in the heat. I'll be back soon when the Melbourne heatwave has passed and I've cooled down, to tell you a bit more about it! Otherwise check it out here.
